Mechanical, Sprinkler, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Alarm design and Inspections

Prudigm is in the design phase for this high-end first floor space with individual office tables in the back and café in the front. This is a new concept in NYC where patrons can enjoy the café environment while they are able to have the privacy of work space by renting the tables hourly or daily. Design includes new air conditioning, fresh air to the space, addition/modification to fire alarm and sprinklers, and electrical and plumbing design including load letters.  Once in construction, Prudigm will also perform code-required special and progress inspections.
