After successful operation at one of the famous Chelsea Market kiosks, owners of this amazing foodie place have decided to build a restaurant with room for sit-in space, inside Chelsea Market.

Prudigm is in the MEP design phase for this restaurant. Design includes new distribution ductwork, thermostat, kitchen hood, plumbing for bar/kitchen/bathrooms, electrical including power/lighting plans and load letter, sprinkler and fire alarm systems.  Landlord (Jamestown) provides AC unit and other utilities to the restaurant ownership. Once in construction, Prudigm will also perform code required special and progress inspections.
